This is an antique privacy door set made by Norwalk Lock Co. circa 1909. This set was made for "communicating doors" meaning doors that can be locked individually from either side with use of a thumbturn. In order to open the door, both sides of the door must be unlocked by the thumbturn. This type of lock would be used in a bedroom with a door into an accompanying bedroom or bathroom, such as in a "Jack and Jill" bathroom. The set includes sphere glass knobs, door rosettes, a mortise lock, and a nickel thumbturn. The brass thumbturn is not present but can be easily purchased separately.
