This is a crackled white porcelain cove base tile made by Old Bridge. This cove base is a shoulder cove base. That means it projects a bit away from the wall tile (it has a "shoulder" at the top) and then it curves at the base to meet the flooring. Please contact us for up to date quantities of this tile.
