This is an antique cast iron bin or drawer pull in the "Windsor" design made by Reading Hardware Co. and shown in their 1897 and later catalogs. The original amber bronze finish is still present although deteriorated. Bin pulls were typically used on pantry drawers (and flour bins) in the 18th through early 20th century.
