This is an antique cast iron and bronze spring-loaded slide cabinet latch made circa 1880. Easy to install, this cabinet latch is surface mounted (screwed to the face of the door). Screws are included.
They are primarily used on cabinet doors, however they are also used on furniture doors, pantry doors, any door or window where a surface mounted latch is required.
Good condition: showing minor signs of wear to finish but no excessive damage to the structure. The finger loop has been bent down.
