This is an exquisite antique cast bronze pocket or sliding door lock and flush pull set in the "Lotus" design made by Brittan, Graham, Mathes and shown in their 1890 catalog. This beautiful set is "New Old Stock", never installed, so it is in excellent condition, and even includes the original elaborately cast bronze key. The key features a J and an N on it, which is for Jacobus & Nimick the parent company established in 1855 that later became Brittan, Graham, Mathes. This is an astragal faced lock which refers to the curved faceplate and matching strike plate.
