This is an antique arts and crafts style ceiling light fixture made circa 1910. The four glass shades are caramel and amber opalescent slag glass with brass frame work over it. Finish is in as-found condition, unlacquered brass. Metal frames on shades have an applied painted finish - which gives them a slightly different tone from the body of the light.

This light fixture is in very good condition. The gas valves have been electrified. The soldering of the gas valves has some bright brass showing. It has been rewired using UL-listed sockets and wiring unless otherwise indicated. Maximum wattage if using incandescent light bulbs, please do not exceed 60 watts. If using LED or CFL bulbs you may use a higher wattage. We recommend having this light fixture installed by a licensed electrician to ensure your safety.
