This Polished Brass replacement catch or strike for window sash locks is perfect to use on double hung windows whose sash frame is too narrow for the standard sash lock strike to mount onto. Made from solid brass it is left unlacquered so that it will patina naturally over time. Or speed the process up in a matter of minutes with our Brass Darkening Solution if you would like to "antique" your window hardware yourself.
