Manufacturer's Return Policy is in effect for this item. All returns must be authorized within 30 days of the invoice date. Items will be accepted for return in perfect condition only. All returns must be sent back in their original packaging. We will not accept returns on hardware that has been opened. Once the hardware has been installed, all sales are final. Authorized returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee if received within 30 days of item receipt. Unauthorized returns received more than 30 days after the original invoice date will not be accepted and no credit will be issued. The customer is responsible for return shipping. All discounts given on the original order will be deducted from your credit. Credit will only be issued once the product is received and inspected. The credit will generally be applied to the credit card used to place the original order within one week of the issue of the credit memo. No credit will be given for items damaged due to improper packaging.
