10" solid cast brass arch shutter strap hinge for windows/shutters, 3/4" offset. Lightly textured, traditionally cast. Used to hold shutters up with the use of a pintle (sold separately). Includes fasteners in matching finish. Several finishes available. Pintle (sold separately) is required.
