This beautiful casement window latch is constructed from solid brass and features a lever handle to operate the latch. The lever design allows for an easy use and is perfect as a casement window latch or as a storm sash/screen holder. This piece is designed as right use hand and comes with 2 strikes: a rim and mortise. This latch base measures 3/4" x 2-1/2"" and is available in 4 finishes.
