Solid bronze window hardware
This spring loaded sash lock and lift has a unique late 19th century design creating a wonderful addition to any traditional window. Constructed from forged bronze with a spring loaded design, this hardware is ideal to unlock and lift or lower a window. The latch base measures 1-7/8" wide x 1-1/8" high and the strike base measures 1-7/8" wide x 3/4" high. This is available in six finishes.

I purchased two of these sash lock and lift units to replace the original hardware on a single-hung window in our parlor. The house is from the 1890's, but the front windows were reconfigured sometime in the late 1920's or early 1930's, replacing two double-hung windows with a large single-hung window and transom. The original hardware was no longer serviceable. I was thrilled when I got these and found them to be an exact match! More here: http://bit.ly/17JNHPi
