Very Good condition: showing no signs of heavy damage to structure or finish but may have small imperfections which are minor when considered against the overall age of the piece. There is a missing piece of molding on the left side jamb behind the carving and behind the center frieze, as shown in the photo, normal Knicks and dings due to age and it has been poorly stained.
