This is an antique set of four 6" x 6" glazed fireplace tile by Cambridge Tile Mfg. Co featuring a leafy pattern circa 1880. Cincinnati, Ohio was the home of many pottery and tile companies in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. These included the Matt Morgan Pottery, the Wheatley Pottery and, later, the Wheatley-Cambridge Tile Company, Strobl Pottery and Rookwood Pottery, among many others. 6" square, 1/2" thick each tile. Please note the condition issues shown in the photos, one tile also has some mortar on the back.
