This is an antique solid cast bronze window sash bar or lift. Sash bars or lifts are installed on the bottom of a sash window to allow the user to use their fingers to lift the window up to open it safely. Sash bars can also be used as a drawer or utility pull.
Good condition: showing minor signs of wear to finish but no excessive damage to the structure. There are varying degrees of patination.
