This is a pair of antique mortised or flush mounted door bolts in the "Arcadia" design made by Sargent & Co. and shown in their 1875 through 1888 catalogs. These have cast iron bodies with copper plating, which is deteriorated in places. These would have been installed on the top and bottom of a door.
