This is an antique cast bronze mortise door flush bolt in the "Gothic" design by P & F. Corbin and shown in their 1881 catalog. The design of this is slightly different but clearly their Gothic design so possibly from an earlier catalog. Flush bolts such as this are traditionally used on double exterior doors at the top and bottom of a door. Strike plate is not included.
