This is an antique cast iron bin pull with a label holder made by Penn Hardware Co. and shown in their 1907 catalog. Bin drawer pulls were used on pantry drawers and built-in cabinets in the 18th through 20th centuries.
The dimensions of the item are: 3-1/2" wide, card holder is for a card that is 3/4" x 15/16". 3" on center.
