Selected showers in our line have a Thermostatic Control Valve designed and built by American Bath Factory utilizing cutting edge technology in our state-of-the-art facilities. Our Thermostatic Control Valve is used to control the water temperature coming into your bathtub. The valve is fed by the hot and cold water supply lines. A regulator in the valve incorporates a thermostat for mixing the hot and cold water to the desired temperature. This thermostatic valve maintains selected water temperature to within 1 degree Fahrenheit regardless of changes in the temperature or pressure of the hot or cold water supply.
