Product Image Gallery:
This is a charming little circa 1920 white Art Deco porcelain wall light fixture or sconce. There is an oversized original toggle switch on the bottom of it. This has an outlet on the bottom, we have not rewired this as it is not up to current electrical safety codes. This fixture does not accept a shade but looks great with old fashioned filament style bulbs as shown, which are sold separately. These fixtures are appropriate for any early to mid 20th century bathroom, bedroom, hallway, or kitchen to add the perfect period detail to your restoration project. This fixture is rewired and ready to install.

Excellent product & customer service

Despite being backordered, I received my knobs with a fairly quick turnaround. They are heavy and well-made. I'm very happy with these in our kitchen!

High quality - holds up well

We installed these numbers on our main house in 2011 and they look brand new to this day. Very happy with the weight and quality. Very durable and they look modern and fantastic. We purchased a second set for our back unit in 2018 because we are so happy with them. Great service from Historic House Parts too!

Great find

Most catalogs & stores sell wood knobs of cherry, oak, maple, & sometimes pine. Solid, unfinished walnut is hard to find. Historic Houseparts sells these. They are well made, no defects, & come with screws. Company service is excellent, delivery prompt, exactly as advertised. Highly recommended.

Glass Door Knob/Door Plate

Fantastic service, very easy to shop for antique and historic parts (sizes are viewable with the pictures!). Screws came with the door plate and made installation very easy. We are very glad these folks are in business. I will look for more historic parts for our 90+ year old house.

Hinges

We are renovating our house in Redondo Beach, a 100 year old beach bungalow that was stuccoed. We re-faced the exterior to shingles (previously clapboard) and we are keeping the plastered walls and putting your hinges on all of the interior doors. Thanks!

PERFECT

So glad to learn about these awesome little tools to help save my walls in my 100 year old house! My large framed art hangs solidly on my walls without dinging them up or leaving nasty holes. What's more, it beats pounding several holes in the walls, should I change my mind about where I want things hung. Thanks!

Arts and Crafts Numbers

It has been a challenge to find house numbers in an Arts and Crafts Style that actually look like it was original to the time period. These numbers hit the nail on the head. I get nervous about buying things online and hope that they look good and these house numbers did not disappoint. I love the finish on them as well. I would purchase from Historic House Parts again!

Beautiful piece with historic flair

I absolutely love this addition to my home. I own a home built in 1905 and this was the perfect piece to give it that extra character it needed. People are fascinated every time they come over and end up ringing it over and over again!
