Authentic looking

I order these for marble top tables I purchase at antique stores that have had them removed. These are a nice quality caster and make the piece look more authentic. I recently heard from an elderly friend that people removed these in the mid 20th century because when wall to wall carpet came in style, these left rust marks on the carpet after they had the carpets cleaned which is why people started removing them. Nice history lesson
