Antique Art Deco Stained Glass Window With Green Slag Glass and Shield Motif

Product Image Gallery:
This classic stained glass transom panel is simple and timeless, featuring a variety of slag glass set into a clear textured glass backdrop. This will let a lot of light into a room but also allow privacy, perfect for a bathroom. The center shield has an attractive deep green, blue, and amber slag glass criss-crossed with a pink and white stripe, also of slag glass. The chevron shapes that are flanking the shield have a distinctly Art Deco feel, in amber and pink tones. The green border is a nice contrast to all of this. Slag glass, also known as marble glass or malachite glass, is a type of opaque, streaked pressed glass. Production of slag glass originated in late-19th-century England, where glass manufacturers are thought to have added slag from iron-smelting works to molten glass to create a range of effects—from tortoiseshell to marbling. The variations in color and depth that slag glass provides make this style of glass ideal for windows and lamps, providing privacy in windows yet allowing light into rooms.

High Quality Authentic Appearing Cabinet Knob

Like so many of the repros at Historic Houseparts, this repro is VERY authentic appearing & high quality. Nothing available elsewhere at even close the price.

Great item!

Perfect piece for the icebox I refinished that came out of my childhood home! Made the icebox look like it did when it came out of the factory.

Perfect Match

This dresser was one step away from the dumpster. I found it at a 2nd hand store for $10. After doing a little research, I found this to be salvageable and I was happy to find your website. Your service was fast and great. The pieces matched perfectly.

Great, affordable

I was having trouble sourcing lifts that were good quality, and matched with all of the other hardware in the kitchen. These fit the bill, and were less than half what I have seen elsewhere. They are solid, nicely weighted. Worth knowing that they are cast rather than stamped, so holes can be slightly different from one to another -- means that you have to be careful with measuring and leveling. But the upside is a truly historic and great-looking lift.

great hinges

I mistakenly ordered the brushed nickel hinges and called the company right after ordering to change it to the polished nickel hinges. They were awesome in correcting my order and I am thrilled with the quality! I am very impressed and will use them again. So happy I was able to match the hinges I already had for my camper.

Forest Green Glass Bridge Pull, Brass Base

PERFECT! I thought I was taking a risk buying from outside the country. I was wrong. The pulls are perfect, just what I was looking for. Makes my kitchen look good. Product, packageing, and shipping all done professionally. I would buy again no problem. Cheers, Jonn

Just perfect

I can't recommend this bin pull highly enough. Solid, heavy feel and beautiful shape and finish. The polished nickel looks far more expensive than it is. These were the perfect smaller scale for our drawers in our updated "vintage" kitchen of our 1923 Craftsman home. So glad to find these!

Good Product

Our brand new porcelain sink developed cracks almost immediately after install. The cracks then flaked off until we were left with deep, wide cracks. We needed a filler as part of the repair. This was a Godsend! It went on perfectly. We had to do several applications to fill in the damage, but it was worth it. Highly recommend if you need to fill.
