Product Image Gallery:
This is a charming little circa 1920 white Art Deco porcelain wall light fixture or sconce. There is an original pull chain switch on the bottom of it. This has an outlet on the bottom, we have not rewired this as it is not up to current electrical safety codes. This fixture does not accept a shade but looks great with old fashioned filament style bulbs as shown, which are sold separately. These fixtures are appropriate for any early to mid 20th century bathroom, bedroom, hallway, or kitchen to add the perfect period detail to your restoration project. This fixture is rewired and ready to install.

Exactly what we needed

We had acquired 2 original 1930s dressers which had Bakelite handles that were hopelessly worn out beyond repair. We needed a replacement that would not only fit the style but also the color. These worked perfectly in all respects. The pieces look beautiful and the handles honored the 30s Art Deco style. They are also good quality and well made.

Arts and Crafts Numbers

It has been a challenge to find house numbers in an Arts and Crafts Style that actually look like it was original to the time period. These numbers hit the nail on the head. I get nervous about buying things online and hope that they look good and these house numbers did not disappoint. I love the finish on them as well. I would purchase from Historic House Parts again!

Perfect addition to any home

I got this piece to go along with our turn that we also purchased and this is absolutely beautiful. Easy install and a wonderful, historically accurate addition to my home.

Glass Door Knob/Door Plate

Fantastic service, very easy to shop for antique and historic parts (sizes are viewable with the pictures!). Screws came with the door plate and made installation very easy. We are very glad these folks are in business. I will look for more historic parts for our 90+ year old house.

Beautiful piece with historic flair

I absolutely love this addition to my home. I own a home built in 1905 and this was the perfect piece to give it that extra character it needed. People are fascinated every time they come over and end up ringing it over and over again!

Beautiful!

So happy with these beautiful knobs! We wanted our bathroom to have a special flair and these cabinet pulls completed the look perfectly. A little smaller than we expected, but still a perfect complement to the look we wanted.

Great candles!

I purchased these candle covers to replace the ugly gold ones on my dining room chandelier. They make my 15 year old chandelier look like new!

Great, affordable

I was having trouble sourcing lifts that were good quality, and matched with all of the other hardware in the kitchen. These fit the bill, and were less than half what I have seen elsewhere. They are solid, nicely weighted. Worth knowing that they are cast rather than stamped, so holes can be slightly different from one to another -- means that you have to be careful with measuring and leveling. But the upside is a truly historic and great-looking lift.
