An antique pair of white porcelain knobs and cast bronze rosettes with a nickel plating. Prior to 1876 China or ceramic knobs were mainly imported from France and England until the first U.S. patent was granted for making door knobs out of potter’s clay. There is some loss of finish to one rosette as shown in the photo, only one set available.

Good condition: showing minor signs of wear to finish but no excessive damage to the structure. There is some loss of nickel plating as shown in the photo.
