This is a circa 1930 pair of black porcelain Art Deco wall sconces circa 1920, with the original frosted cylindrical shades with ruffled edge. The backplate of these unusual lights has concentric metallic silver circles in the center. One shade has two cracks in it, please see the photo for details. These fixtures are appropriate for any early to mid 20th century bathroom to add the perfect period detail to your restoration project. These fixtures are rewired and ready to install. Please note the dimensions, the backplate may not cover a standard junction box so a wall plate may be needed. Check with your electrician before purchasing.

This light fixture is in good condition with no major flaws and the finish is in very good condition, with a few paint splashes on the edges. The metallic silver is in good condition. One shade has cracks in it, see photos for details. It has been rewired using UL-listed sockets and wiring unless otherwise indicated. Maximum wattage if using incandescent light bulbs, please do not exceed 60 watts. If using LED or CFL bulbs you may use a higher wattage. We recommend having this light fixture installed by a licensed electrician to ensure your safety.
