We will match advertised prices that are available to the general public on new products only, not on antique items and not on services or shipping or delivery charges from competing companies.
The product must be identical to our product (same brand, model number, supplier product code, contain the same components) and the published price must be applicable for the same quantity.
We must be able to verify the price and product availability at the time of the request. The product must be in stock and publicly available to purchase for at least 24 hours from the time of price match request submission, ready for delivery and offered under the same conditions.
Items that are discounted with promo codes, vouchers or employee discounts, gifts with purchase, special prices only available to select customers (i.e. negotiated prices for contract customers or via formal quote), membership price clubs pricing, or other special offers are not eligible for price matching.
Items that have typographical or manifest errors on competing company’s advertised pricing are not eligible for price matching.
Competitor's offers where the product includes an additional free item, an additional discounted item (for example; ‘buy one get one free’), or cash back deals on products by redemption after purchase are not eligible for price matching.
We reserve the right to discontinue or amend the conditions of this policy at any time. Thank you for requesting a price match, we will respond to your request as soon as possible.
