Bakelite drawer pulls came to prominence in the 1930's and are associated with Waterfall and Depression Era furniture. Made of zinc alloy with an antique brass finish and plastic in various swirled shades of brown. Matching knobs are available.

StacyApr 13, 2021, 22:49I had one original drawer pull for my waterfall dresser I acquired from my great aunt's passing. In the process of trying to restore it, I was delighted to find these reproductions of the 1930's pulls with the bakelite plastic. I just received my order and am so disappointed with the quality. They are about 1/2 of the weight of the originals, and the plastic is solid brown with no marbling (I ordered 6, and none are marbled at all), and they are see through.
