An antique pair of painted gold stamped steel ribbon & reed curtain tiebacks. The Egyptians are believed to have invented curtains and used them throughout their entire rule. The very first curtains were made of animal hides and hung in doorways with hooks. Please see the dimensions tab for size information.

Good condition: showing minor signs of wear to finish but no excessive damage to the structure. There are some chips and loss of paint as shown in the photos.
