This is a circa 1930 pair of very large, heavy, cast iron wall-mounted exterior light fixtures with new opal glass ball shades. Each fixture features a classic egg and dart pattern on the body and the arm has a scrolling corbel design. The fixtures have been repainted gloss black and the new ball shades are white opal glass. The fixtures can be mounted with the shade pointing either up or down, whichever you prefer. These fixtures are appropriate for a large scale exterior application to add the perfect period detail to your restoration project. These fixtures are rewired and ready to install.
Dimensions of each fixture are: Fixture alone is 7" wide x 14-1/2" high x 12" projection. Glass shades are 14" diameter.
This light fixture is in good condition with no major flaws and the repainted finish is in very good condition. It has been rewired using UL-listed sockets and wiring unless otherwise indicated. Maximum wattage if using incandescent light bulbs, please do not exceed 60 watts. If using LED or CFL bulbs you may use a higher wattage. We recommend having this light fixture installed by a licensed electrician to ensure your safety.
