This is a circa 1910 pair of antique solid brass Arts & Crafts style wall sconces with original caramel colored slag glass panel shades. The warm caramel color casts a beautiful amber glow when illuminated. One shade has a crack running in the upper corner, that panel is at the back of the sconce so it is not visible when these are installed, and it has been repaired. The brass has been lacquered, the lacquer has turned a golden brown color over time. These sconces have been rewired and are ready to install. Some images depict these without the hammered pyramid bolts in the corners, all eight of those are intact and included.
Dimensions of these lights are: 11" high x 5" wide x 8-1/2" projection.
These wall sconces are in good condition with the exception of the crack to one panel of one of the glass shades. The crack is in an upper corner, and it has been repaired, it is on the back panel so when installed, it is not visible. They have been rewired using UL-listed sockets and wiring unless otherwise indicated. Maximum wattage if using incandescent light bulbs, please do not exceed 60 watts. If using LED or CFL bulbs you may use a higher wattage. We recommend having these light fixtures installed by a licensed electrician to ensure your safety.
