We have two pairs of these lovely and formal brass wall sconces with spear prisms circa 1900. The sconces have a satin brass or natural brass backplate which is unlacquered so it will tarnish with time. There are chrome candle covers on each for an unusual dual-tone finish. We have added new prisms since the originals were long gone by the time we acquired these lovely sconces. Each sconce has a rotary switch installed on it so they can be controlled from the fixture if desired. These are appropriate for use in forma rooms of a house such as parlor, foyer, or dining room. They would look pretty in a feminine bedroom or sitting room too. We have rewired these with UL listed parts so they are ready to install.
Dimensions are 4-1/4" wide x 8-1/4" high x 7-1/2" projection
