This is a double-arm black iron Tudor Revival wall sconce, c. 1920 Belgium. The backplate on this fixture is not wide enough to cover a standard junction box so a metal blank plate will need to be used if you are installing over a conventional 4" box.
This sconce measures 14-3/4" high x 12" wide x 5-1/2" projection.
