Salvage of Granite Restroom Partitions
Thanks to help from a neighboring business, Postler & Jaeckle, we were able to haul in several tons worth of granite slabs that came out of a local high school that is undergoing renovation. P & J generously brought out their heavy duty hauling and moving equipment to get these pieces moved to our location. These slabs range in size and color but are suitable for use as shelves, tabletops, and countertops. The colors range from grayish pink to grayish beige. We'll get them onto the website soon.

Salvaged Doors
We're excited to say we have helped save over 3000 lbs of doors from landfills from one project in Buffalo, NY recently. And there are more to come! These old beauties are being added to our website soon.

What's New in Upcycled Houseparts
We love to repurpose old parts into new useful items, and we have fun coming up with new ideas for the old stuff we find in our warehouse and when we are out at flea markets and antique stores. Some of our favorite items are paper goods - old sheet music, maps, dictionaries are at the top of our list. We're always looking for new ways to use these items which are falling victim to the digital age we live in. One of our new projects has been these picture frames crafted from old maps, love the beautiful blue green tone used for water and love the places depicted on each one - they conjure up vacations gone by and cherished. Check them out on the site or at one our shows this summer.
